Product Designer
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of Framer. You’ll design thoughtful, high-impact solutions that improve the user experience and increase product growth.
What you’ll do
Create high-quality mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
Work with engineering to bring your designs to life.
Measure and assess design performance to ensure improvement.
Work closely with users to gather feedback and refine experiences.
Align with the product roadmap to increase user activation.
What you’ll bring
Experience in product design, preferably in web or creative tools.
Familiarity with platforms like Figma, Webflow, Miro, or Notion.
A metrics-informed mindset paired with strong visual design skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for improving user experiences and solving problems.
How we work
Work flexibly from wherever you do your best thinking. Choose the tools and setup you need, come together for meaningful time with the team, and own a stake in what you’re building.
What we’re building
Framer is the design agent for every step from idea to launch. It works alongside you to explore ideas, design on the canvas, manage content, and publish to the web.
