Consultant (s) Sénior (s) en Stratégie & Transformation
Job Description
En tant que Senior Consultant, vous êtes au cœur de la relation client et de la création d’impact. Vous pilotez des missions complexes, encadrez des équipes pluridisciplinaires et développez des recommandations stratégiques concrètes, en lien direct avec les dirigeants.
Responsabilités clés :
Cadrage, delivery et pilotage de missions de transformation à forts enjeux pour les clients (stratégie, performance, gouvernance, digital)
Coordination d’équipes projet, encadrement de consultants juniors
Interactions avec les C-levels (DG, DAF, CIO, DGA, etc.)
Structuration de recommandations stratégiques
Contribution active au développement du cabinet (offres, formation, recrutement).
Profile
Bac+5 (Grande École d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou université de premier plan).
5 à 9 ans d’expérience, dont une part en conseil, stratégie, excellence opérationnelle , ou gestion de projets complexes,
Expérience sectorielle appréciée (industrie, services financiers, secteur public, Telecom, digital, Santé).
Forte rigueur analytique, sens stratégique et esprit de synthèse.
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et leadership naturel.
Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
