HR Medewerker (28 tot 32 uur)

Delen Private Bank is looking for an HR Employee for 28 to 32 hours per week in Amsterdam Zuid. The role involves managing HR administration for employee lifecycle processes, handling absenteeism and reintegration, performing payroll administration (approximately 1.5 days per month), drafting contracts, managing personnel files, handling the HR mailbox, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding. The employee will also support HR projects and optimize processes using SD Worx and AI. The position requires HBO level of thinking and working and experience in a similar HR or payroll role. The contract is a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment. The maximum salary is 5500 euros gross per month based on a 40-hour week, plus 8% holiday allowance, a 13th month, travel allowance, and a fully paid pension.
