Tender Engineer

As Tender Engineer within the Productline Capital Dredging you are the right hand of the Tender Manager. You support the full bidding process from kick‑off to submission. You coordinate the tender team, bring together technical experts and manage inputs across disciplines. You help create proposals that reflect our shared expertise and ambition — and contribute to Van Oord’s future.

You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and working with many disciplines. You’re confident coordinating a team, but just as happy diving into the content. You combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills — and understand what it takes to win. On top of this you:

You have a higher professional or academic degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant technical field

You bring at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the dredging industry

You’ve worked on hopper, cutter or reclamation projects and understand how they work

You write clearly in English, with Dutch as a plus

You are based in the Netherlands
