Als Werkstudent (all genders) im Presales unterstützt du unser Team in Berlin dabei, innovative Lösungen und moderne Handelstechnologien für unsere Kunden erlebbar zu machen. Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Bereiche Sales, Consulting und technische Projektunterstützung. Von der Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und Demos über die Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen bis hin zur Organisation von Fachmessen wirkst du aktiv an vertriebsnahen Prozessen mit und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem zukunftsorientierten Umfeld.

Deine Mission bei uns:

Du unterstützt unser Presales-Team bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Produktdemonstrationen.

Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Demo Management und unterstützt bei der Einrichtung, Pflege und Organisation von Demo-Umgebungen.

Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Beantwortung von RFIs (Request for Information) und RFPs (Request for Proposal) mit.

Du unterstützt unser Team im Bid Management sowie bei der Organisation und Verwaltung vertriebsrelevanter Unterlagen.

Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fachmessen, Veranstaltungen und Kundenbesuchen.

Du unterstützt bei der Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware und Software für Demos, Präsentationen und Messeauftritte.

Du recherchierst und bereitest Informationen zu Kundenanforderungen, Markttrends und modernen Handelstechnologien auf.

Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Sales, Consulting und Technik zusammen und unterstützt bei vielfältigen Presales-Aktivitäten.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in der Informatik, Medientechnologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.

Bereitschaft 100 % vor Ort in Berlin zu arbeiten.

Du hast Interesse an Vertriebs-, Consulting- und Technologiethemen.

Du verfügst über eine Affinität für moderne Technologien und digitale Lösungen im Handel.

Idealerweise bringst du ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis für Hardware- und Softwarelösungen mit.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig.

Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus.

Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um.

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
