We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. In this 360° role, you will combine business development, relationship building, and talent acquisition to create successful matches between candidates and companies.

Description

Source, interview, and assess candidates

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Develop new business opportunities and grow an existing client portfolio

Advise clients on recruitment strategies and market trends

Manage the recruitment process from briefing to offer stage

Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate and client records

Participate in networking events and market mapping activities

Profiel

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French

Strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Resilient, results-oriented, and proactive

Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment

Interested in sales, recruitment, and people management
