As a Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will support clients in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming their business processes through innovative ERP and CRM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders.

Leading workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications.

Supporting the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Acting as the liaison between business teams, consultants, and technical experts.

Coordinating testing activities and ensuring successful user adoption.

Contributing to complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes.

Profiel

Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.

Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, or related modules).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.

Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
