Key Responsibilities

CNH Industrial Zedelgem is op zoek naar een Logistics Project Engineer. Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit verschillende onderdelen:

Projectleider in de logistieke overgang naar industrie 5.0 :

Jij bent de trekker in de transitie naar automatisatie

Jij begeleidt en volgt de introductie van AMR/AGV (Autonomous mobile robot/Automated Guided Vehicle)

Jij zorgt voor de optimalisatie van onze logistieke systemen.

Optimaliseren van het logistiek proces. (Kaizen / NVAA-Analyse / Lay-out studie / …)

Operationele logistiek tot leven brengen

Je bepaalt samen met het team:

De volledige logistieke flow (Locatie + JIT / JIS / Kitting / Kanban / …)

Benodigdheden om dit te realiseren (€ (capex) + tools (Rekken, karren, hefger, …))

Je zorgt voor een goed contact met Manufacturing engineering, design, aankoop, kwaliteitsdienst om eventuele verbeteringen en/of issues te bespreken

Experience Required

Bachelor of master in een technische of logistieke richting.

Preferred Qualifications

Je hebt een sterke affiniteit/interesse voor het logistieke proces binnen een productie omgeving.

Kennis van automatisatie.

Je bent bereid om een cursus Industrial Engineering te volgen en hiervoor een examen af te leggen.

Kennis van project management, Lean, Kaizen-methodologie is mooi meegenomen.

Data kunnen verwerken in MS Office, Power BI...

Je communiceert vlot in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en hebt goede communicatieve skills.
