Intern Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Job Purpose

Support logistics operations through analysis, data and solutions designed to optimize material flows and system environments across CNH manufacturing facilities. The internship supports KPI work, bottleneck identification, route modeling/analysis, data reporting and ongoing logistics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Regional plant data collection, system simplification and dashboard creation

Support logistics flow transformation projects

Challenge existing processes and use data to support improvements

Collaborate across facilities to support logistics operations

Create standards for processes and metrics

Support project management and task organization

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.34 - $25.75 per hour. Actual pay will vary based on factors such as the student’s major and year in school.

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
