Regional Procurement Facilities Management Buyer (EU)

We are looking for an experienced Regional Procurement Facilities Management Buyer to take ownership of a significant European spend portfolio across Facilities Management, CAPEX, and equipment categories. This is a high-impact regional procurement role within a fast-paced international environment, offering the opportunity to influence sourcing strategy, supplier performance, sustainability initiatives, and long-term value creation across multiple European locations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for Facilities Management and selected CAPEX/equipment categories.

Manage an annual spend portfolio of approximately €30M-€40M.

Deliver sustainable cost savings and working capital improvements through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives.

Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships while ensuring service excellence and business continuity.

Lead supplier negotiations, contract management processes, and risk mitigation activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams throughout Europe.

Identify innovation opportunities and support the implementation of new technologies and procurement best practices.

Drive ESG, responsible sourcing, human rights, and carbon reduction initiatives within the supplier base.

Monitor supplier compliance, certifications, audits, and contingency planning requirements.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance frameworks, and sustainability objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within Facilities Management, CAPEX, Engineering, Technical Procurement, or related indirect categories.

Proven experience managing spend portfolios exceeding €30M.

Strong sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation expertise.

Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings and procurement transformation initiatives.

Experience working in complex, international stakeholder environments.

Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Knowledge of ESG, supplier risk management, and responsible sourcing frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Professional level English.

Flexibility to travel throughout Europe (20-30%).
