JOB DESCRIPTION

You will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)

You will support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)

Your engagement is needed in creating as well as updating forms and templates for our document library

You will participate and work in HR-related projects with us and on your own

If needed, you will work with other HR functions, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR Company Services

YOUR SKILLS

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar

You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization and harmonization of HR processes

You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills

You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors

You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
