Responsibilities

Model-based cost planning and control across all service phases in accordance with HOAIAnalysis of budget requirements and preparation of framework, control, and detailed schedulesPreparation and execution of tendersCommercial/technical review and evaluation of offersDevelopment of procurement strategies and participation in negotiationsOpportunities to gain insights and practical experience in site supervision/construction supervision

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Civil or Industrial EngineeringSeveral years of experience in cost planning, tendering, and schedulingExperience in model-based cost planning and tendering desirableFluent German and good English skills
