Export Sales Assistant (M/F)

Actual is looking for an Export Sales Assistant (M/F) for a 6-month contract based in Tiffauges. Join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our commercial activities.

Your main missions

As the primary contact for clients and sales representatives (50% France / 50% Export), your role will be to manage client data, ensure the updating of price lists, and rigorously track samples in coordination with the R&D and Supply Chain departments. You will also be in charge of invoicing, extracting sales statistics, as well as administrative and document management (technical data sheets, certificates of conformity, VAT certificates). You will be in direct daily contact with a national and international clientele (EMEA zone).

Profile sought

Holding at least a 2-year degree (BTS GPME or CI type), you have successful initial experience in the industrial sector. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our foreign clients. Proficiency in the Office Suite is essential, and knowledge of SAP or another ERP will be a major asset to succeed in this position.

To support the development of our activity, we are looking for a dynamic and organized Export Sales Assistant (M/F). You ideally have a first successful experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar function, allowing you to be operational quickly in the management of commercial flows.

Your profile is structured by a Level III degree (Bac +2, BTS or DUT). Rigorous and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you master the administrative and logistical specificities related to commercial exchanges. Your ability to anticipate needs and your ease with office tools will be determining assets to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients in France and internationally.
