Deboner/Trimmer (M/F)

We are looking for one of our clients for a Deboner-Trimmer (M/F).

Within the production department, you will perform the following tasks

Carry out transformation operations on meat

Check the operating status and cleanliness of equipment when you start your shift

Inform yourself about the work to be done and carry out your duties according to the defined operating procedures

Observe strict compliance with quality, productivity, and hygiene, safety, and traceability instructions

Manage waste related to your production, as well as the cleanliness, good condition, and tidiness of your workstation and personal equipment

Report anomalies and check the quality of your work

Perform simple handling and packaging operations.

Hours: 05:30-14:30

Sector: Maen roch

You already have initial experience in the butchery/delicatessen sector.
