Welding Robot Operator/Setter (M/F)

Our ACTUAL BTP TERTIAIRE agency is looking for a Welding Robot Operator/Setter (M/F) for one of its clients specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of metal parts.

Your missions

Within the production workshop, you will be responsible for

Programming and setting up Yaskawa welding robots.

Mounting welding jigs and verifying robot trajectories.

Performing component assembly operations in welding jigs.

Positioning components (from 2 to 21 parts) and ensuring their clamping to guarantee they remain in position.

Launching and monitoring production cycles.

Checking the quality of welded parts in accordance with manufacturing requirements.

Performing finishing operations: deburring, slag removal, sanding, and grinding if necessary.

Carrying out rework of non-conformities by MAG or TIG welding.

Ensuring first-level maintenance of equipment and reporting any anomalies.

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production deadline instructions.

You are above all a field professional, meticulous and autonomous.

You possess

Successful experience in a similar position. Good command of Yaskawa welding robots. Skills in MAG and/or TIG welding. The ability to read technical drawings and perform rigorous quality checks.
