Job Description
As an EHS Manager, you will work closely with the Plant Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities across the site. You will help create a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, and drive continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across the plant.
Advise and support managers, supervisors, and team leaders on EHS compliance and best practices.
Manage the reporting and analysis of health, safety, energy, and sustainability performance data.
Conduct accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and drive timely corrective actions.
Develop, maintain, and improve risk assessment programs and safe systems of work.
Manage ISO 14001 compliance and support ISO 45001 certification, including internal audits.
Coordinate safety inspections, audits, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with machinery safety, contractor management, permit-to-work processes, and statutory inspection requirements.

Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
Nationally recognized Health and Safety qualification required;
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience maintaining ISO 14001 systems and supporting ISO 45001 implementation and auditing.
Strong communication, training delivery, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
