Responsibilities

Carrying out BIM coordinationLeading internal and external coordination meetingsCreating and updating BIM execution plansManaging BIM requirements and ensuring implementationCoordinating data transfers at the interface between planning, specialist planning and the clientEnsuring internal quality specifications for data modelsFurther development and maintenance of BIM standards, Revit templates and families

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in implementing BIM projectsConfident approach to developing project and work processes in model-based workflowsExcellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and tools for model coordination (e.g., bimCollab Zoom, Solibri Model Checker)Basic knowledge of data management for digital, model-based room databases (e.g., dRofus)Enthusiasm for working with information models and scripting languages such as Grasshopper or DynamoFluent German and good knowledge of english, in spoken and written
