Analyst IT HRIS

Task Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, file-based interfaces, and data synchronization processes between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.

Act as the technical expert for Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, supporting modules such as Core HR, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures.

Ensure integration reliability, performance, security, and compliance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.

Manage incidents, service requests, problem investigations, changes, and releases in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Support system upgrades, Oracle quarterly releases, testing activities, and integration-related projects.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application integration, including 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.

Strong expertise in OIC components including integrations, orchestration, REST/SOAP services, adapters, file transfers, and API management.

Proven experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise applications using OIC and web services.

Solid understanding of system integration architecture, middleware concepts, security standards, and data exchange protocols.

Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ServiceNow experience and Oracle Cloud certifications are considered strong advantages.
