Dein Stammbereich im Unternehmen liegt im Bereich der Produktionseinheit Elektronik im Team Prüftechnik mit dem Schwerpunkt Software- und Hardwareentwicklung.

Während deines dualen Studiums erhältst du umfassende Einblicke in die eigenentwickelten Technologien, arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren zusammen und unterstützt bei der Optimierung innovativer Prüf- und Fertigungsprozesse.

Als dualer Student (m/w/d) wirkst du im Prüftechnikteam aktiv bei folgenden Tätigkeiten mit:

Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung, dem Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme von Prüfhardware für zukünftige Prüfkonzepte in der Fahrzeugelektronik

Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Erstellung und Konfiguration von Prüfprogrammen für End-of-Line Tests von Fahrzeugelektroniken

Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Toolings zur standardisierten Softwareerstellung sowie von Testsystemen und Prüfständen

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung innovativer und wirtschaftlicher Technologien im Umfeld von Industrie 4.0 und Künstlicher Intelligenz

Auswertung und Analyse von Prüfdaten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Begleitung und Optimierung von Serienprüfprozessen in der Produktion

Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und Prozessstabilität

Unser 4,5-jähriges Studium Elektro- und Informationstechnik vereint optimal Theorie und Praxis! Wir bilden dich an unserem Standort in Hannover in Kooperation mit der Hochschule Ostfalia in Wolfenbüttel aus. Hierbei studierst du überwiegend in Vollzeit in der Hochschule und verbringst die vorlesungsfreie Zeit sowie die vorgesehenen Praxissemester im Unternehmen. In der Regel ist auch ein Praxistag pro Woche im Unternehmen vorgesehen.

Neben den Praxisphasen in deinem Stammfachbereich bietet ZF dir die Möglichkeit, Einsätze in anderen Abteilungen zu absolvieren.

Zusätzlich bilden unsere Dual Studierenden ein autarkes Team mit dem Ziel der Gesundheitsförderung. Als Teil des „Sports & More“-Teams planst und organisierst du standortübergreifende Sportveranstaltungen, Turniere oder die Teilnahme an regionalen Events für alle Mitarbeitenden.

Das bringst du mit:

Du besitzt die Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder die Fachhochschulreife

Interesse an technischen Systemen sowie am Zusammenspiel von Hardware und Software

Begeisterung für Embedded Systems, Softwareentwicklung oder Fahrzeugtechnik

Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python, C, C# oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil

Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Messgeräten (z. B. Multimeter, Oszilloskop) von Vorteil

Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Interesse daran, bestehende Lösungen zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln

Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
