Your missions:

Quality/Safety:

Respect and ensure compliance with production criteria (productivity, yields, hygiene, quality, safety, and environmental rules)

Management:

Plan, organize, regulate, and control production line activity based on available material and human resources.

Coordinate the activity of personnel assigned to the line and communicate information.

Communicate information upwards and downwards.

Organize onboarding and on-the-job training.

Regulate team operations to optimize working conditions and the social climate.

Your background:

Experience in a similar position desired.

Knowledge of the agri-food sector would be a plus.

You are rigorous, organized, committed, and proactive.
