YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

Ensure the transport of passengers on the network's regular lines.

Welcome, inform, and guide passengers with courtesy and professionalism.

Respect routes, schedules, and operational instructions.

Guarantee the safety of passengers on board and during boarding and alighting.

Ensure compliance with the highway code and safety procedures.

Check the general condition of the vehicle before and after each service.

Report any technical anomaly or incident encountered during the service.

Hold a valid D license.

Hold an up-to-date FIMO voyageurs or FCO voyageurs, according to applicable regulations.

Have a good knowledge of the highway code and safety rules.

Demonstrate punctuality, rigor, and availability.

Have a sense of service and good interpersonal skills.

Be able to manage difficult situations with calm and professionalism.

Accept variable hours, early morning service starts and late service finishes, as well as weekend work according to the schedule.

Previous experience in passenger transport is appreciated.
