Setup Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the team leader and in direct contact with production, you ensure the preparation, tool changes, and proper machine settings to guarantee volumes and compliance of manufactured parts.

Tool changes: assemble and disassemble molds and peripherals on production presses in compliance with schedules.

Settings and startup: parameterize installations (pressures, temperatures, cycle times), launch series, and validate production startup.

Production monitoring: monitor lines, adjust parameters during manufacturing to correct drifts and optimize rates.

Quality control: verify compliance of the first parts and perform regular checks provided for in the monitoring plan.

First-level maintenance: identify operational anomalies, intervene on simple breakdowns, and ensure routine maintenance of tools.

Safety: ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and material sorting instructions at your workstation.

Profile sought

Training: Bac Pro to BTS level in plastics processing, industrial maintenance, mechanics, or production line management.

Experience: you have successful initial experience as a setup technician, ideally acquired in the plastics sector (molding, injection, thermoforming) or on industrial presses.

Skills: you master blueprint reading, mechanical adjustments, and the use of control tools.

Soft skills: rigorous, autonomous, and reactive, you have an eye for detail and enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
