Butcher (M/F)

We are looking for a Butcher (M/F) for our client located in Alençon.

Your mission will include mastering deboning techniques, meat trimming, and cutting while respecting hygiene and food safety rules. You will use professional equipment and ensure the cold chain is maintained.

This position is to be filled as soon as possible on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).

The proposed salary is €12.31 gross per hour and the working hours are 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills

Cutting skills: Perfect mastery of cutting techniques to ensure impeccable product presentation.

Product knowledge: Excellent understanding of different types of meat and their characteristics.

Hygiene and safety: Scrupulous respect for hygiene and food safety standards.
