Baker (M/F)

We are looking for a baker (M/F) to join our client's team in the Pluvigner area.

Your missions: Preparation of breads, pastries, and cakes, creation of recipes, customer advice, promotional operations, merchandise management, and attractive presentation of the department. You respect hygiene and food safety standards. The position is to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) as soon as possible.

For the baker (M/F) position, the ideal candidate (M/F) must have an education level of Level V Title

BEP/CAP or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in the field is required.

The candidate (M/F) must master traditional and modern bread-making techniques, and be able to work with various types of dough to create a variety of bakery products. Creativity and passion for the profession are essential, as are meticulousness and precision to ensure consistent and high quality. The candidate (M/F) must also be able to maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, strictly respecting hygiene and food safety standards. Good adaptability and flexibility are necessary to integrate quickly into a new team and a new work environment. Finally, strong teamwork skills are essential to collaborate effectively with other team members.
