Customer Service Representative (M/F)

Within the Customer Service department, you will work in the back office providing technical assistance for user requests.

You will respond primarily by email and occasionally by phone if your intervention requires it.

Rigorous follow-up of requests until their resolution.

You have good interpersonal skills and real writing abilities.

Knowledge of Zendesk is appreciated.

Long-term assignment, teamwork including weekends, public holidays, and evenings until 9 PM.
