PMO (Project Management Officer) – Projets C&B

Contexte

Au sein de l’équipe C&B du groupe CMA CGM (180 000 collaborateurs dans le monde), vous viendrez en appui aux responsables métiers pour piloter et coordonner les projets stratégiques liés à la rémunération et aux avantages sociaux. Votre rôle consistera à structurer, suivre et déployer ces initiatives, en assurant le lien entre les différentes équipes concernée, et en garantissant leur cohérence globale

Missions principales

1. Pilotage des projets C&B

Coordonner les projets transverses en collaboration avec les équipes RH, juridiques, financières et les filiales.

Définir et suivre les roadmaps, les jalons et les livrables pour chaque projet.

Garantir le respect des budgets, des délais et des objectifs stratégiques.

Identifier et anticiper les risques (réglementaires, opérationnels, sociaux) et proposer des plans d’action et de communication.

2. Analyse et recommandations

Analyser les impacts financiers, juridiques et sociaux des projets C&B.

Benchmark des bonnes pratiques internationales en matière de rémunération et d’avantages sociaux.

3. Communication et alignement

Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes (DRH, C&B régionaux, achats, direction financière, syndicats, etc.).

Rédiger des notes de cadrage, des présentations pour le Comex, et des supports de communication interne.

Sensibiliser les managers et les équipes aux enjeux des projets C&B.

4. Reporting et suivi

Mettre en place des tableaux de bord pour suivre l’avancement des projets (KPI : taux d’adhésion, couverture, ROI, etc.).

Assurer un reporting régulier à la direction générale et aux comités de pilotage.

Capitaliser sur les retours terrain pour ajuster les stratégies.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

Expérience confirmée (8+ ans) en gestion de projet, idéalement dans les RH, C&B ou la rémunération.

Connaissances solides en mécanismes de rémunération (fixe, variable, avantages en nature) et en analyse financière (coût/bénéfice, ROI).

Bonne maitrise d’Excel ou d’outils d’analyse de données.

Soft skills

Esprit de synthèse et capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes.

Rigueur et sens de l’organisation pour gérer des projets multi-pays.

Diplomatie et négociation pour aligner des parties prenantes aux intérêts divergents.

Adaptabilité dans un environnement international, en grande mutation et en forte croissance externe.

Langues

Anglais courant (indispensable pour les échanges avec les filiales).
