Für unseren Standort in Stuttgart suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Development Manager Air& Ocean (m/w/d)

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Neukundenakquise sowie den strategischen und operativen Ausbau des Kundenportfolios durch aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherche

Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Märkte und Zielkunden inklusive Potenzialanalysen

Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit relevanten Entscheidungsträgern

Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit potenziellen Geschäftspartnern bis zum Abschluss

Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das interne Sales-Team sowie für die Geschäftsführung

Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Sales-Cycles – von der Erstansprache über Angebotsphase bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss

Das wünschen wir uns:

Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, insbesondere im Hunting sammeln.

Zielstrebige und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Hohe Kundenaffinität und Serviceorientierung.

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.

In Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
