Are you interested in gaining hands-on HR experience in an international environment? Join our Human Resources team and support a variety of HR initiatives while developing your skills in data analysis, digitalization, project coordination and administration

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the analysis of HR data to provide actionable insights and help derive relevant measures

Contribute to Data Management and AI initiatives within HR

Support organizational activities related to our Training Center in Harderwijk

Assist with the roll-out of international Shared Service Center projects

Provide administrative support and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and an interest in IT and AI

Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Copilot

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Self-motivated, proactive and dependable, with a strong willingness to contribute and continuously learn
