For our aerospace location in Hamburg, we are looking for an Order Desk Support Aerospace Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS

Independent and careful recording, pre-processing and checking of orders in our TOM system.

Regular data maintenance to update and correct order information

Communication with customers regarding missing documentation and clarification of open questions

Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to customers on the status of orders

Liaising with other departments to ensure an efficient flow of information

Ensuring accurate and detailed data capture to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship

Initial experience in precise data entry and document processing

Good computer skills, especially in dealing with common software applications

You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.

Your independent, detail-orientated and self-reliant way of working rounds off your profile.
