Du begeisterst Dich für die Prozesse hinter der Herstellung von Arzneimitteln? Dann starte Deine Zukunft mit einer 3,5-jährigen Ausbildung zum Pharmakant (w/m/d) und wachse gemeinsam mit uns. Your time to grow!

Ausbildungsinhalte:

Prozessorganisation: Du planst Arbeitsabläufe in der Herstellung von Arzneimitteln, führst sie durch und dokumentierst jeden Schritt sorgfältig.

Herstellungs- und Verpackungsprozesse: Du steuerst und überwachst die Produktion und Verpackung von Arzneimitteln. Dabei arbeitest Du mit high-tech Anlagen, regelst Prozessparameter und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

Qualitätskontrolle: Du ziehst Proben während der Produktion und führst In-Prozess-Kontrollen durch. Nur top Qualität verlässt unsere Anlagen und Du sorgst dafür!

Sicherheit: Du lernst, wie wichtig Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz im Labor sind und setzt dieses Wissen täglich um. Safety first!

Wissensaufbau: In Seminaren und Schulungen vertiefst Du Dein Wissen zu pharmazeutischen Prozessen, gesetzlichen Vorschriften und weiteren ausbildungsrelevanten Themen.

Das bringst Du mit:

Einen Schulabschluss bis Ausbildungsbeginn (Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur oder Abitur) mit guten Noten in Mathe und naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern

Technisches und naturwissenschaftliches Verständnis sowie Feinmotorik für präzises Arbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen

Spaß an verschiedenen Aufgaben und das Engagement, Dich aktiv in Deinen Ausbildungsberuf einzubringen

Vertrauen, Respekt und Wertschätzung anderen Menschen gegenüber

Verantwortung im und für ein Team, um Ideen und Ziele zu verwirklichen

Reflexionsvermögen von Erfahrungen und Verhalten, um Dich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Lösungsorientierung, um neue Situationen zu bewältigen und positive Ergebnisse zu erzielen
