Votre rôle :

Au sein de notre équipe dédiée aux projets industriels, vous pilotez et coordonnez des opérations de transport complexes à l'échelle nationale et internationale. Véritable chef d'orchestre, vous assurez le bon déroulement des expéditions tout en garantissant le respect des exigences clients, des délais et des contraintes opérationnelles.

Vous intervenez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée impliquant des marchandises hors gabarit, des équipements industriels, des opérations spéciales ou des flux logistiques complexes nécessitant une coordination étroite entre de multiples acteurs.

Qu'allez vous faire :

Piloter les opérations de transport liées aux projets industriels, de la prise en charge à la livraison finale.

Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes : clients, transporteurs, compagnies maritimes et aériennes, sous-traitants, agents et partenaires internationaux.

Assurer le suivi opérationnel des expéditions et veiller au respect des délais et des engagements contractuels.

Identifier les contraintes techniques et proposer des solutions logistiques adaptées aux besoins des clients.

Gérer les aspects documentaires liés aux opérations de transport international.

Suivre les coûts des opérations et participer au contrôle de la rentabilité des dossiers.

Anticiper et résoudre les aléas opérationnels afin de garantir la satisfaction client.

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et au développement des bonnes pratiques au sein de l'équipe.

Participer aux réunions de suivi de projets et assurer un reporting régulier auprès des parties prenantes.

Qui recherchons nous :

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en transport, logistique, supply chain ou commerce international.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans le transport international, le transit, la gestion de projets logistiques ou les opérations industrielles.

Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des flux multimodaux (aérien, maritime, routier et/ou ferroviaire).

Une expérience dans la gestion de projets industriels, de marchandises hors gabarit (OOG), de colis lourds ou de Project Cargo constitue un véritable atout.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez évoluer dans un environnement international exigeant.

Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais professionnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions, doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et capable de gérer les priorités dans un contexte opérationnel dynamique.
