Dining Room Manager (M/F)

Your main missions

As a true coach, your role will be to supervise, lead, and motivate your team on a daily basis. Your leadership will be essential to onboard, train, and support your staff towards growth.

You will ensure an impeccable customer experience while actively participating in customer loyalty. Your expert eye will also allow you to keep a close watch on cost management and the optimization of the establishment's performance indicators.

This position is to be filled on a full-time basis, allowing you to fully commit to the success of our establishment.

To excel as a Dining Room Manager, you ideally have proven experience of 2 to 5 years in the traditional or gourmet catering sector.

You possess perfect mastery of dining room service techniques, from setting tables to personalized customer greeting, while ensuring attentive follow-up throughout the meal.

Your interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team make you a true ambassador for the establishment, capable of managing the pace of service with professionalism and courtesy.
