Production Supervisor (M/F)

Based on manufacturing programs, organize and implement production resources to achieve the objectives of several sectors or a workshop.

Control the application of procedures, operating instructions and QHSE rules.

Ensure the handover of operating instructions between the different teams and ensure liaison with production support services.

Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a production team.

Time management: Efficiency in organizing and planning tasks.

Technical knowledge: Mastery of production processes and quality standards.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with different teams.
