Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Are you passionate about technology and looking to join a dynamic team? Actual is looking for a Maintenance Technician (m/f) in Les Herbiers.

Your main missions

As part of corrective and curative maintenance, you will intervene to diagnose breakdowns, carry out necessary repairs, and ensure the rapid return to service of equipment. Your role is essential to guarantee production continuity.

You will also perform preventive maintenance by carrying out rounds, checks, cleaning, and component exchanges to anticipate failures. You will actively participate in improvement maintenance by proposing technical or organizational modifications to optimize the availability of our machines.

On a daily basis, you will also be responsible for

Drafting maintenance plans, managing the stock of spare parts and consumables, as well as diagnosing the condition of installations and power tools. You play a key role by contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Practical information

This is a full-time position and we are looking for a rigorous, autonomous person with a strong team spirit to join our workshops.

To excel as a Maintenance Technician (m/f), you ideally have a technical education at the Bac+2 level in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics, complemented by significant initial experience in a similar position.

The ideal candidate demonstrates great methodological rigor and real ease in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or automated breakdowns. Your ability to intervene quickly and effectively on production equipment is essential to guarantee the continuity of activity.

Endowed with an excellent team spirit and good interpersonal skills, you know how to communicate with production teams. Finally, your responsiveness to unforeseen events and your sense of internal customer service will be determining assets for succeeding within our teams.
