Maintenance technician (M/F)

Intervene in common areasParticipate in the maintenance of common areas: minor maintenance work, cleaning of residence surroundings, removal of bulky items. Check the proper functioning of equipment and report any anomalies (water, electricity, gas, green space equipment, PPE, etc.). Manage containers: entry, exit, and cleaning. Monitor interventions by external companiesCheck the quality of common area cleaning and make intervention requests if necessary. Participate in monitoring green space maintenance and check the services performed by external companies. Report any insufficiency or lack of maintenance observed to the manager. Ensure close relations with tenantsWelcome, inform, and advise tenants and applicants. Ensure respect for tranquility within the residences and intervene in case of disturbances. Participate in the prevention and resolution of neighborhood conflicts through mediation actions. Profile sought
