Operations Support Agent (M/F)

Do you want to join a dynamic team within a major logistics player? Actual is looking for its client for an Operations Support Agent (M/F) based in Ajaccio.

As an Operations Support Agent, you are the essential pillar for the smooth running of the agency's activities. Your mission is to ensure the fluidity of parcel processing and strict compliance with internal procedures.

Your daily missions

You ensure the administrative and operational monitoring of shipments and enter data into IT tools. You check documents related to goods and coordinate exchanges between delivery and sorting teams. As a true support, you respond to the needs of operational teams, identify anomalies to contribute to their resolution, and ensure compliance with FedEx quality and safety standards.

Profile sought

We are looking for a rigorous, organized, and responsive person. Good proficiency with IT tools as well as an excellent team spirit will be your best assets to evolve in an environment where priorities change rapidly.

Contract conditions

This is a 4-month assignment to be filled as soon as possible. The position is full-time, i.e., 35 hours per week, with an hourly remuneration of 13.75 euros and depending on experience.

To fill the position of Operations Support Agent, we are looking for a dynamic person with 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an operational environment.

The ideal candidate holds a level V diploma (BEP/CAP or equivalent) and demonstrates a real sense of organization as well as great rigor in the execution of their daily missions.
