Assistant Line Operator (M/F)

We are looking for a Shaping Line Operator Assistant to join a Lyon-based expert specializing in the design of innovative packaging for the bakery industry, based in Saint-Priest.

Your missions

Under the responsibility of an experienced line operator, you will participate in the manufacturing of flexible material bags (paper and polypropylene):

Assisting with machine settings according to production orders.

Feeding the line with raw materials (handling large paper reels: up to 700 kg).

Constant quality control of outgoing products (gluing, shaping, appearance).

Packaging and palletizing finished products at the end of the line.

First-level maintenance and cleaning of your workstation.

The plus of the position: Depending on your involvement and skill development, an evolution towards autonomous machine operation is entirely possible.

Profile sought

Motivation above all! We are looking for a hands-on, serious, and dynamic person.

Mandatory skill: You must be proficient in forklift driving (up-to-date CACES or significant experience with internal driving authorization).

Qualities: Rigor, sense of a job well done, and ease with reading/writing (production monitoring).

Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset, but motivated beginners are accepted.

Position conditions

Location: Saint-Priest (69)

Contract type: Temporary (weekly then monthly contracts). Minimum 6-month mission with a permanent contract (CDI) as a potential outcome.

Hours: 39h/week (35h + 4h overtime with premium).

Schedule: Morning shift (Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / Friday: 06:00-13:00).

Salary: €12.50 to €13.50 gross/hour depending on profile + temporary work bonuses.
