Baker (M/F)

We are looking for a talented and passionate baker (M/F) to join our client's team in the SAINT-MALO area. As a baker (M/F), you will be responsible for preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other artisanal bakery products. You must master both traditional techniques and modern methods. Your role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, complying with hygiene and food safety standards, and managing raw material stocks.

The ideal candidate (M/F) for this baker (M/F) position must have previous experience in a bakery or relevant training. They must master traditional and modern bread-making techniques and be able to work with various types of dough to create a variety of bakery products. Creativity and passion for the trade are essential, as are meticulousness and precision to ensure consistent and high quality. The candidate (M/F) must also be able to maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
