Baker (M/F)

As a baker (M/F), you will be responsible for the processing and manufacturing of products, ensuring their perfect presentation. You master product specifications as well as manufacturing, processing, and preservation techniques. Alongside the Bakery Manager, you ensure the proper maintenance of the department, overseeing signage, cleanliness, product information, labeling compliance, and pricing. Your priority is customer satisfaction: quality of welcome, listening, and service.

For the position of Baker (M/F), we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and competence levels: Education level: Level V qualification

BEP/CAP or equivalent. Required experience: 1 to 2 years. The ideal candidate must have solid practical experience in baking, demonstrating expertise in the preparation and baking of breads and pastries. Time management and organizational skills are essential to ensure the quality and freshness of the products.
