Baker (M/F)

As a baker (M/F), you will be responsible for the transformation, production, and baking of products, ensuring their perfect presentation. You have mastered product specificities as well as manufacturing, transformation, and preservation techniques. Alongside the Bakery Manager, you will ensure the proper maintenance of the department, overseeing signage, cleanliness, product information, labeling compliance, and pricing. You are proactive in suggesting improvements for service quality and the commercial offer. Your priority is customer satisfaction: quality of welcome, listening, and service.

For the position of Baker (M/F), we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and competence levels: Education level: Level V qualification

BEP/CAP or equivalent. Required experience: 1 to 2 years. The ideal candidate must have solid practical experience in baking, demonstrating expertise in the preparation and baking of breads and pastries. Time management and organizational skills are essential to ensure the quality and freshness of the products. Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship are also expected. You are dynamic, have team spirit, and demonstrate precision, rigor, and autonomy. This position includes lifting loads, prolonged standing, and requires frequent travel.
