Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Service Douane expérimenté(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre groupe et contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle de CEVA LOGISTICS.

Missions principales :

OPTIMISER L’ORGANISATION DU TRAVAIL DE SES COLLABORATEUR

 Valider et veiller à la bonne application des mesures concernant l’organisation du travail.

 Prendre des mesures d’optimisation et garantir le respect des règles du droit du travail.

 Octroyer les moyens matériels nécessaires à son équipe.

2. RELAYER L’INFORMATION

 Diffuser l’information ascendante et descendante.

 Rédiger et/ou mettre en œuvre les procédures et/ou veille à leur application.

3.GÉRER LES RESSOURCES HUMAINES

 Contrôler la qualité, les délais, la productivité et la qualité de service de son équipe et les faire évoluer (conseils, formations...).

 Évaluer ses collaborateurs, identifier les besoins en formation et en moyens matériels et s’assurer de la mise en œuvre des actions prévues pour y répondre.

 Proposer des décisions en matière d’ajustement des effectifs, de discipline, de promotion, de rémunération de ses collaborateurs.

 Participer et veiller à la bonne intégration et la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs ou son équipe lors d’évolution dans le process.

4.INTERVENIR DANS LE TRAITEMENT D’UN DOSSIER DOUANE

 Établir la déclaration en douane.

 Assurer le conseil aux clients (classement nomenclature et mise en place des procédures).

 Assurer la relation avec les administrations.

5.GARANTIR LES ENGAGEMENTS FINANCIERS ET ASSURER UN SUIVI STATISTIQUE

 Faire payer les sommes dues à l’administration.

 Mettre en place les cautions nécessaires (C.O., C.E…).

 Superviser la gestion des compta matières (IST et Régim Eco).

 Mettre en place les procurations.

 Gérer et résoudre les litiges avec l’administration

Profil recherché :

Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en gestion douanière et management d’équipe.

Expertise en déclarations douanières, conseil client et relations avec les administrations.

Maîtrise des outils :

Logiciels de douane, ERP, Excel avancé, outils de gestion comptable.

Connaissances juridiques :

Réglementation douanière (Union Européenne, international).

Conditions de travail :

Type de contrat : CDI

Lieu : 19 rues des Varennes 45140 ORMES

RAF : entre 55k a 60k sur 13 mois selon profil
