Site Manager (M/F)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager (M/F) to supervise and coordinate our teams on various sites. You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations, meeting deadlines, and the quality of the work.

Your missions

Organization and management of the site: planning of works, management of equipment and material needs

Team supervision: coordination of workers and subcontractors, distribution of tasks, monitoring of progress

Quality and safety control: application of instructions, compliance with standards and deadlines

Communication with the works supervisor and the various stakeholders on the site

Operational participation: support to teams if necessary

Remuneration according to profile, 39h per week from Monday to Friday

Location: Propriano

Proven experience as a Civil Engineering / Road Works Site Manager

Good sense of organization and communication

Ability to unite a team and anticipate needs

Knowledge of safety standards and sector regulations

Driving license B mandatory
