Weekend Team Leader (M/F)

We are looking for a team leader for our Put Station preparation activity, with the ability to also evolve into the eCom service.

Responsible for operations in both Put Station and eCom activities, while ensuring strict compliance with procedures and team performance.

Put Station:

Order tracking

Productivity monitoring and management

Compactor management

Handling operational anomalies

Handling installation malfunctions eCom:

Scheduling of VAS operations (Value Added Services: labeling, post-packaging, etc.)

Monitoring the progress of eCom packing operations

Reporting

Management of customer labels and customer communication

Your ACTUAL INSIDE agency located at our client's site in SAINT VULBAS is looking for a Team Leader (M/F) for the weekend.

Your missions:

Organization and management of operations

Supervise order preparation, picking, labeling, and shipping activities

.

Ensure compliance with IT procedures related to eCom flows

.

Ensure monitoring of performance indicators (productivity, quality, deadlines)

Team management:

Manage a team of 10 to 15 logistics operators (briefing, task distribution, follow-up)

Support employees in their skills development

Quality and continuous improvement

Control the quality of operations and implement corrective actions if necessary

Propose improvements to optimize flows and work methods

Ensure information feedback to the manager.

Load handling: Maximum 25kg depending on the departments.

Hours:

Thursday / Friday: 12pm-8pm

Saturday / Sunday: 11:30am-9pm

Remuneration & conditions:

Salary: €13.78 gross per hour + 100% Sunday bonus + performance bonus

Paid breaks
