Production Operator (M/F)

Your main missions

You will be responsible for the quality of the linen, workwear, and dishes. Your tasks include receiving and sorting items, feeding washing, drying, and folding machines, quality control of textiles, as well as packaging and shipping finished products.

Above all, we are looking for impeccable soft skills: diligence, professional conscience, respect for production rates, dynamism, and team spirit. Standing work, walking, and repetitive movements. Versatility is encouraged to vary postures.

Working conditions and benefits

You will work in staggered hours (2x8) from Monday to Friday, from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with an annualized working time (35h/week). The remuneration is €12.31 gross per hour. You will benefit from a fixed salary supplemented by bonuses (vacation bonus after 1 year), profit-sharing and incentives (from 3 months of seniority), a seasonal bonus, as well as numerous benefits: company health insurance, CSE, free drinks, and regular events.
