About the Role

An international technology-driven organisation is seeking a Senior Billing Process Analyst to join its Finance Operations team. This position plays a key role in improving and scaling billing operations, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring financial processes remain efficient, compliant and future-proof.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Product and Technology stakeholders to identify operational improvements, implement process innovations and support strategic business growth.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of end-to-end billing processes and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.

Design, implement and maintain controls to minimise financial and operational risk.

Support the implementation of new products, systems and infrastructure within Finance Operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Tax, Accounting, Product, Technology and Customer Operations teams.

Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous performance improvement.

Drive change initiatives and support transformation projects across the finance function.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for billing-related processes, with a particular focus on invoicing and tax-related workflows.

Investigate process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

5+ years of experience within Billing, Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash or Process Improvement.

Strong understanding of financial processes, controls and operational risk management.

Experience leading process optimisation or transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Change Management experience.

Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Finance Transformation projects.

Data analysis and automation initiatives.

Experience working in large multinational organisations.
