Fishmonger (M/F)

We are looking for a Fishmonger (M/F) to join our client's team in the PONTCHATEAU area

Your missions will include fish and shellfish preparation techniques, sales and customer advice, as well as preparing the display and packing up.

We are looking for a candidate (M/F) for the position of Fishmonger (M/F). The ideal candidate (M/F) must possess the following skills:

Mastery of fish cutting and preparation techniques with a high level of competence.

In-depth knowledge of different types of fish and seafood, and the ability to advise customers with an advanced level of competence.

Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards with an exemplary level of competence.

Experience in stock and order management with a solid level of competence.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with an excellent level of competence.

The candidate (M/F) must be passionate about the profession and able to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environment.
