Für den Aufbau und den Betrieb unserer neuen, hochmodernen Produktionslinie im Bereich pharmazeutischer Spüllösungen suchen wir engagierte technische Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur sicheren und qualitätsgerechten Herstellung unserer Produkte und wirken aktiv an der Etablierung effizienter Produktionsprozesse mit.

Sie arbeiten in einem regulierten Umfeld mit hohen Qualitätsstandards und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre technischen Fähigkeiten in einem innovativen und zukunftsorientierten Arbeitsumfeld einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Inbetriebnahme sowie die fachgerechte Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen

Sie stellen die lückenlose Dokumentation der Herstellungsprozesse unter Einhaltung geltender Qualitäts- und GMP-Anforderungen sicher.

Sie führen eigenständig und im Team Fehleranalysen durch und leiten geeignete Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Störungsbehebung ein.

Sie planen, koordinieren und unterstützen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit.

Fachliche Kompetenzen:

Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie die Bereitschaft mit, sich in neue Prozesse und Technologien einzuarbeiten.

Sie haben Erfahrung in der strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen und Produktionsprozessen.

Das Arbeiten in einem 3-Schicht System oder in einer vollkontinuierlichen Schicht stellt für Sie kein Problem dar.

Erste Erfahrungen in Projektarbeit, Schulungskonzepten oder im regulatorischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.

Persönliche Kompetenzen:

Sie handeln verantwortungsbewusst, treffen fundierte Entscheidungen und stehen für deren Umsetzung ein.

Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
