Fishmonger (M/F)

We are looking for a passionate Fishmonger (M/F) to join our client's team in the PORNIC area.

Your duties will include fish and shellfish preparation techniques, sales and customer advice, as well as preparing the display and packing up.

The ideal candidate (M/F) must possess the following skills

Mastery of fish cutting and preparation techniques with a high level of skill.

In-depth knowledge of different types of fish and seafood, and the ability to advise customers with an advanced level of skill.

Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards with an exemplary level of skill.

Experience in stock and order management with a solid level of skill.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with an excellent level of skill.

The candidate (M/F) must be passionate about the profession and capable of adapting to a dynamic and demanding environment.
