Fishmonger (M/F)

We are looking for a Fishmonger (m/f) to join our dynamic team in Concarneau. This position is to be filled as soon as possible for a duration of 3 months.

Your main missions will include the sale of fish and shellfish, as well as unpacking and repacking the fish department. You will also be in charge of rearranging the fresh food island.

This contract is full-time with a schedule of 35 hours per week. We offer a stimulating and friendly work environment.

For the position of Fishmonger (m/f), we are looking for a candidate with an education level of Level V Title

BEP/CAP or equivalent. The ideal candidate must have less than one year of experience in the field.

The required skills include in-depth knowledge of seafood products, cutting and fish preparation techniques, as well as the ability to advise customers on product selection. Particular attention is paid to the quality and freshness of the products handled.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team are also essential.
