Fishmonger (M/F)

We are looking for a passionate Fishmonger (m/f) to join our client's team in the Saint Malo area. You will be responsible for preparing and cutting products as well as ensuring the attractiveness of the department. You will provide excellent advice to customers while scrupulously respecting traceability and food safety rules. Join us if you hold a CAP Poissonnier. This position is to be filled as soon as possible

We are looking for a candidate (m/f) for the position of Fishmonger (m/f). The ideal candidate (m/f) must possess the following skills:

Mastery of fish cutting and preparation techniques.

In-depth knowledge of different types of fish and seafood, and ability to advise customers.

Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Experience in stock and order management.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
